You are emailing the owner, not a service desk. You will usually have an answer within a day.
Write in English or Dutch. Mention which home you mean and roughly when you would like to come — then we can answer in one go.
Want to know if something is free?
You do not have to ask. Every home's page has a calendar with the real availability, and you can request a booking there in two clicks.
Booked already and something changed?
Email us with the dates of your stay. A request that is not confirmed yet can lapse at no cost; if the booking is already final, we will look at what is possible together.
Something broken during your stay?
Tell us right away rather than afterwards. Then we can fix it while you are still there — afterwards we cannot.
