From picking dates to the keys
Renting with us takes four steps. No platform is involved, and you pay nothing until you have the confirmation.
Pick your dates
Every home's page has a calendar with the real availability. Crossed-out days are taken — including bookings that came in through other channels. As soon as you pick a period you see roughly what it will cost.
Request the booking
You leave your name, email address and a question if you have one. That is all we need. You pay nothing at this point and commit to nothing.
We hold the dates
The moment your request arrives, those dates are yours in our calendar. Nobody else can book them while we look at your request.
You get a confirmation
We email you the final price, the payment arrangement and the address. If something is off, or you would rather have different dates, just say so and the request lapses at no cost.
Frequently asked questions
Do I pay booking fees?
No. There is no platform in between, so there is no service charge on top either. You pay the rent, the cleaning and the deposit.
Why is the price on the site only a guide?
The price depends on the season. The figure in the calendar uses our standard rate so you have an indication. The final amount is in the confirmation, and nothing is fixed until you accept it.
Do I get the deposit back?
Yes. The deposit is a separate amount that you get back in full after your stay, unless something is damaged. It is not part of the rent.
How quickly will I hear back?
Usually within a day. If it takes longer we are travelling — your request is not lost, and the dates stay reserved for you in the meantime.
Can I stay longer than a few weeks?
You can. Wintering on the Costa Blanca is completely normal; both Spanish homes have heating as well as air conditioning. Ask us for a monthly rate.
What language can I write in?
English or Dutch, whichever suits you. German is fine too, though the reply may take a little longer.
