Privacy statement
We collect as little as possible, and only what we need to handle your request. No advertising trackers, no reselling.

Who processes your data
M3L is responsible for the data that comes in through this website. You can ask about it at info@m3l.nl.
What we ask of you
When you request a booking, we send this data to our own admin system:
- your name;
- your email address;
- your phone number, if you fill it in — that is optional;
- the chosen arrival and departure dates and the number of guests;
- the message you send along yourself.
We ask for nothing more. On sending, our server also briefly records your IP address; we use that only to stop the form being flooded with spam.
Why we use it
To answer your request, arrange the booking and be able to reach you during your stay. That is performance of the agreement you enter into with us, or the steps leading up to it. We do not use your data to send you advertising later.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not lead to a booking are deleted within a year. Data belonging to a booking we keep for seven years, because Dutch tax law requires that for our records.
Who else sees it
Nobody who has no business with it. Your data sits on our own server within the European Union. We do not sell it, and we do not pass it to advertisers or booking platforms.
For sending email and running the server we use providers who act only on our behalf. If the law obliges us to, we may have to provide data to a government authority.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. That is why you will not find a cookie banner here: there is nothing to allow or refuse.
Your browser stores the photos and pages so the site loads faster next time. That is ordinary browser cache and contains nothing personal.
Your rights
You can always ask us for:
- access to what we hold about you;
- correction of anything that is wrong;
- deletion, in so far as we are not legally required to keep it;
- a copy of your data in a common file format;
- restriction of use, or objection to the processing.
Send a message to info@m3l.nl and we will take care of it. If we cannot resolve it together, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
Security
The website and the admin system are reachable only over an encrypted connection. Only M3L's administrators can see the requests, and that sits behind their own password.
Changes
If anything changes in how we handle data, we update this statement and change the date at the top.
